The Way We Work

The client is greeted by Claudine Freddy, the main receptionist who will welcome you and clarify the work after repairs. Arrangements are made with the service advisor for the client to be transported to his/her respective destinations.

The vehicle is then handed over to the workshop foreman who carries out an inventor of the vehicle so that all valuables and accessories are accounted for.

A job card is completed clearly illustrating the repairs needed the car is received by the workshop foreman who takes it to the stripping bay where the vehicle is stripped.

Depending on the damage, the vehicle may be involved in the following processes:

• Suspension Repairs
• Exterior Panel Work & Painting
• Assembly, Polishing & Valet.

Suspension works are complimented by our state of the art machines Cellette chassis straightening and touch electronic measurement system which defines our product by ensuring they are panel beater and aligned to perfection.

Our state of the art spray booth and oven guarantees a superb “Factory Finish”. We are on water borne paints supplied by Glasurit.
